Memory Utilization at 99.9%

Hi all,

We have IIQ installed on multiple windows server. One server is has 99.9% memory used and the server is down. It seems Apache 9.0 is consuming 99.9% of the memory. How can this be fixed?

Can you check are there any task running in background from admin console on that particular host? If yes, then you need to terminate that task and execute as partitioned task so that it won’t without consuming more memory.

And also can you check under environments as well from admin console and verify any request threads are running?

What are your JVM memory settings? How much memory does the server have?
