What is the recommended maximum number of account links on an identity cube?

Currently, we correlate service accounts to its dedicated owner identity cube. For eg: if userA is owner of 100 service accounts, then those service accounts will be linked to a cube named ‘SA-userA‘. So in this example, there will be 100 links on the cube.

So we would like to know the best practice for maximum number of links on a cube

Hi @aseelvn07,

I had the same problem a while ago. Sailpoint support says an identity can’t have more than 100 accounts because that could cause problems filling out the identity page or performing searches.

I dont think there is a best practice, that depends on the data that you have. Better if you can divide those account in 2-3 identities, because its very strange that one person is the owner of more than 100 service accounts.

Best practice is to keep it below 100 but there is no such limit. But it causes a lot of performance issues if too many are correlated.
