We have deleted the authoritative source of an identity and as documented, IDN removed the identity from the identity list. The account is still present on the auth source. What happens upon reaggregation from the authoritative source? Will there be a new identity created (like with a new internal id)? Will it be the same identity within the Access History?

Hi Edwin! Thank you for your input. We’ve created a Jira issue to track this investigation and we’ll update the comment thread when it’s been addressed: SAASDOCS-8952

This would delete existing identity and create a new identity with a new internal id. It’s likely the new identity would have a name and alias that matches that of the previous identity. You should avoid deleting identities you intend to re-create.
