Sorry for long update.

I’ve executed both the tasks and still nothing.

Do not pay attention to the “Fail” result of account aggregation task, that’s because not all of the identities have e-mail address, which we use to create the username. That’s test SAP HCM\HR.

  1. Please check Manager attribute identity mapping, is there any source mapping or not ?
  2. Does any identities has manager displayed in IIQ ?

1.There is no source mapping for Manager Attribute in identity attribute mapping.

  1. There is Managers for Manually created Identities.

Ha finally, this is the issue.

Please add source mapping to manager attribute.

Add Source → Application Attribute → Select your HR application → Supervisor

Then Run refresh task.
