Manager did not update

I have a case in which I have two identities for the same manager, one of which has the life cycle terminated and the other is active.

However, employees who have this manager linked to their identity have the old account and not the new one.

Reminding the manager of these identities were not updated to the new one (which would be the new account created for this manager)

And in the authoritative source the new manager is already linked to the employee’s identity, but in sailpoint it has not been updated

Hi,

To re-evaluate the correlation, you should perform the unoptimized account aggregation. It should fix your issue.
