When creating a company wide manager certification campaign, do I have to worry about uncorrelated accounts? Should I try to filter out uncorrelated accounts somehow? Right now the only filter I plan on using is one that ensures all identities are active.
Uncorrelated accounts shouldn’t show up in a manager Certifications. The Uncorrelated accounts are not assigned to an Identity, so there isn’t a manager assigned.

A tip in addition to Carl’s answer:
SailPoint ISC do not allow self-certification. In case there is a direct report assigned the “work reassignment” of a manager, you as a campaign owner/admin would potentially get a part of the certification re-assigned with the assignee’s access items to review.

uncorrelated accounts are not included in a Manager Certification because these campaigns are based on identities, and uncorrelated accounts have no identity link.If you filter for only active identities, you’re already excluding any uncorrelated accounts by default.So you don’t need to filter out uncorrelated accounts separately (IDN does that for you)
