When creating a certification campaign as part of the mover workflow, the campaign is triggered and sent to the creator of workflow for access review. Is there any possible way, to send the certification to identity’s manager for review?

I have a similar need to what Mahak Garg has, I need to create a subcontractor certification campaign and have the certifier be responsible for the subcontractors.
How can I do it automatically? I mean, is there a way to automatically recognize the responsible parties so that the certification can be launched?
