Mainframe application groups disappearing from IIQ application accounts during nightly aggregation

Hi All,

We have a mainframe application integrated using RACF-Full connector using connector Gateway settings.
We have observed, the groups which are provisioned to the users disappears from IIQ application Account of the user on nightly aggregation. The groups are present at the end application. If we rerun the aggregation the groups are added back to the account.

It is very sporadic, and we are unable to figure out what might be causing this.

  1. Is it happening only on nightly aggregation or ad-hoc aggregation as well?
  2. Enable log4j settings for your connector and see if there is an issue in nightly aggregation.
  3. Is there any correlation logic? If so, please check if it is creating orphan accounts.

Hi @vedeepak

I can’t say for sure if it is only limited to nightly aggregation. We are unable to reproduce in lower environment.
We do have multiple attribute-based correlation and there are no orphan accounts being created
