Hi Experts,

Do we have any option to create local accounts in Sailpoint Virtual appliance.

No, you don’t have root access so you can’t create accounts.

Actually we need to integrate VA servers in IDN, Will sailpoint be able to grant sudo permissions for the sailpoint account?

Don’t think so - this is what documentation states about it
