Limitation with no. of Identities & applications to onboard

Hi All,

Does IdentityNow support 100K+ identities & 200+ applications to onboard. Will there be any performance issues?

I don’t think there will be any issues with the numbers you mentioned.
Our environment has similar numbers running with no issues.

Hi @maheshtare, IdentityNow tenants are provisioned based on based on the size and number of identities for each customer. The higher the number of identities, higher the resources given to tenant.

I believe IdentityNow tenants are actually sized based on the number of licenses, not the number of identities. i.e. If you have 50k licenses, but 100k identities, then you could run into performance issues.

Regardless, in my experience if you are encountering performance issues then it is best to ask SailPoint to confirm your tenant is sized properly. I also recommend upping the size of the VAs, as I have found SailPoint’s recommendations to be minimal.

100k+ identities is not an issue. I have been in implementation with over 300k.
