Life cycle state is not set to terminated when trying to manually terminate the active user

Hi,
When I’m trying to manually terminate the active user to terminated state using set lifecycle state, user is not moving to terminated state after aggregation also. Can I know what can be done to see users’ life cycle state as terminated(manual)

Probably there should be WPS jobs running backend which prevents identity processing. Goto Admin–>Dashboard–>Monitor and see if WPS task is running. If yes, wait until it gets completed and then check the LCS for that user.

No Task is runninng but still users are in active state

Can you manually process that identity and check?

The manual LCS change would take effect immediately when you perform the action. No need to wait till authoritative source aggregation. Let’s say you have a LCS: “terminated” and manually assigned this LCS to “Joe”, the identity’s LCS gets updated to “terminated (Manual)” and later upated to “terminated” when the user is terminated in the HR source.

Needs to be asked, is the terminated LCS enabled?
