Life Cycle Events are not generating but access request are created

life cycle events are not creating but access requests are creating for the same event. can any one help me resolve this issue.

Can you provide more details of your query. Do you have lifecycle triggers enabled? And what kind of event you are mentioning about the access requests?

We have enabled lifecycle triggers and its joiner LCE. for the user under event tab events are not showing but in access request are created.

Are there any events processed showing in the refresh identity cube task results? and you mentioned event type as Joiner LCE, is it same in the Access request type as well?

What I observed with your screenshot is, Santhosh has requested Password reset request for Pranutha. So that access request has been created. For creating Access Requests we don’t have to really run life cycle events every time. It’s all depends on the how workflows are implemented. Besides, I can also tell one thing, since we you don’t have a single event proceed, maybe this user is old user before implementing SailPoint in your organisation. It’s just aggregated in all the applications and correlated after SailPoint implementation went live. Later, after few days they might reset the passwords or did manage access.

Thank you all, Issue has been resolved by Enabling Identity Event checkbox in Audit config setting.
