The count represents maximum number of users for which one can make access request in one go when requesting for Other. This is not maximum number if active users licenced.
Hi @jsosa , from my best understanding - it is the maximum allowed active users licensed for the given tenant.
If you exceed this limit, your tenant won’t support IDN features like access requests, lifecycle management, etc.
