I need to check that like in IIQ we used to set user valid till attribute with current date in SAP apps while disabling, how could this be done in ISC.

To check such validation you can perform transform operations in ISC.

You can write a transform logic and map it with Identity Termination status. Then accordingly you can configure the Identity Profile lifecycle birthright access with different status and configure disable specific applications as per business case.
