Hi @Harikrishna_06 , This is when I create a new Batch Request, Am I correct?
Hi @fewthiraphat ,
Submit the request.
Hi @Harikrishna_06 , Still got this error
Hi @fewthiraphat ,
Delete all previous configured batch request.
Did you configure any life cycle event of type “create” and which is in active state. Once check it. If active, disable the event and run the batch request and submit
Hi @fewthiraphat ,
Yeah. Disable it . Then run the batch request
In the workflow, go to process variables tab and enable ’ Enable Monitoring, checkbox and run the batch request. Once check process metrics did this workflow trigger or not.
Which workflow is it triggering?
Community LCM Create and Update, this is the one that you did it, I just renamed it
Once share the screenshot of process metrics of LCM Create and Update workflow
Hi Thiraphat,
Can yo got to lifecycle manager and Business Process and see the workflow, which is linked. Can you share the xml for the same, I can have a check. since it is throwing parse exception.
Hi @naveenkumar3 , This is what I configure
and this one is the workflow.xml
Custom LCM Create and Update.txt (27.4 KB)
Thank you
Thanks for sharing the xml. You are trying to create an identity via batch correct?? the workflow which you shared and the workflow which is there in the lcm in batch create is different. correct?? It is showing starts with community. can you also share the batch csv which you are trying to run, just put 1 or 2 rows.
It could be issue with csv as well, check for any extra commas(,) in csv.
