Launch IIQ workflow using APIs

Hello,

We have IIQ 8.4 p1. Would like launch a workflow through APIs. I was looking at this “Workflows | SailPoint Developer Community” but not seeing options to initiate APIs from externally. Can you please your thoughts on achieving this one ?
