When configuring the ISVA connector, it failed during test connection. The solution was to rename the “/home/sailpoint/SVA” folder to “/home/sailpoint/TAM” on the Virtual appliance and update the PD.properties file accordingly

I have a few more comments we found during testing of the connector.

  1. Attribute schema in the documentation contains much more that the one used by the pdjrte API (PDUser)
    If there is a way to manage other attributes, it is not clear in the guide, please elaborate or update the guide with the correct attributes

  2. To configure additional SVA sources on a single VA, please note that it is the “cloudExternalId” ( as obtained through the source API’s) that must to be used.
