@Riyazuddin99 When entitlement is assigned outside IIQ, IIQ store them as additional entitlements. Once they are mapped to roles, you should assign the business roles as well and refresh the assignments to see if the assignment is showing assignedBy the role . In case it is not showing, you need ot remove the direct entitlement using batch and refresh the identity to let business role assign the entitlements.
