IT role entitlement not being provisioned

Hi all,

We are facing an issue where when we refresh an identity with provision assignments, the entitlements for an AD app is not getting provisioned.

Is there something that we are missing?

What does this mean?

“These work items usually relate to roles that were assigned automatically with an assignment rule to identities that have more than one account on an application for which the role needs to provision entitlements”
check your role workitem if there is any or form created
