Issue with Roles Export via VSCode in Sandbox environment

Hello Experts ,

We tried to extract the roles into a csv file using VSCode. However, we are getting the error stated in the attachment.
The same is working in the production environment. Can you help us in getting this resolved?

I have upgraded the version of Visual Studio and able to export the roles.

@kartheek_gopu You most likely have a corruption or a Firewall issue it should dump into VSC. Reinstall VSC or check your network settings for firewall blocks.

@kartheek_gopu check your permissions. you’ll need the reporting/export role permissions in your IdentityNow account. ( Don’t use roles-icon.view – that’s a UI path, not an API.)
