Issue in accessing sailpoint through Load balancer

Sailpoint IIQ v8.4

Hi All,

For one of our clients, they have configured a azure 4 layer load balancer for 2 sailpoint UI servers. When we try to login to sailpoint using load balancer outside the server, after redirecting to home page, the user is redirected to login page again. The issue is not there if we access the sailpoint URL directly instead of load balancer. Can anybody help on the issue? Is there any documentation from Sailpoint for load balancer configuration which we can provide to client?

You’d typically need to configure sticky sessions on the load balancer.

Hi @himabindu306 actually, I had this issue a long time back (2018), and the funny thing is that I posted it via Compass and also @Paul_Meyer replied to me with the same reply, and it’s resolved the problem, LOL
