Hi ,

My team was working on SSO configuration with ISC and added some wrong configuration. After this it is not letting me log in to the ISC instance. Can you guys suggest any way to login to the tenant.

You can use non-sso url for ISC login.

Use below format:

https://<Teannt_URL>/login?prompt=true

Please use below URL to bypass SSO.

https://[customer].identitynow.com/login/login?prompt=true
