ISC Ownership on an Identity Profile

:bangbang: Please be sure you’ve read the docs and API specs before asking for help. Also, please be sure you’ve searched the forum for your answer before you create a new topic.

We have a new item on the left hand menu under Identity Management/Identities, then when an identity is selected. Now, on the left menu under Events, we have a new item labeled Ownership, which has one sub-item labeled Applications. This looks the same for any of the identities we’ve checked, and clicking on the Applications results in the error below. We were hoping this would be a way to check what objects the identity owns, however even for an identity that does own applications, we get an error:

Does anyone know if this could be a new feature that needs to be configured, or could you point me towards any documentation? I could not find anything in the documentation or this forum and I’m not sure if I’m just searching using improper terminology or we don’t understand it.

Thank you!

I would recommend creating a SailPoint ticket or reaching out to your CSM.

To get more details you can try checking what API endpoints are being hit with the Inspect/Dev Tools (Network tab) in the browser.

The menu item in the UI actually went away after I opened this thread so it must just have been there by mistake on human identities. Thank you for your input!
