Hi All,

I am trying to assign an Azure AD entitlement using roles and getting an error back saying add entitlement failed. Now i enabled trace level logging on AZure AD and got an error saying “400 Error - 400 Cannot Update a mail-enabled security groups and or distribution list”. I have enabled the manage exchage online configuration of Azure ADas well and updated the required information also. please find below the screenshot of the configuration.

Note sure if there is any other configuration missing from the Connector or if this is now not supported by the Azure AD connector. Kidly share your insight on this, thanks in advance.

Please review Support Articles - [IdentityNow] Provisioning for Mail-Enabled or Mail-Enabled Security groups is not supported in Azure AD - Customer Support . I hope this is helpful
