Integration with InforLN

Hello SailPoint Community,

I am currently working on integrating Infor LN Cloud Suite version 10.8 (Infor LN | Software ERP per la produzione | Infor) with ISC. However, I have not found a pre-built connector for this application. I am currently exploring the possibility of using the Web Services connector as an integration method but I don’t know if InforLN API are sufficient to ensure a correct integration.

Could you please share your experiences or best practices for integrating Infor LN Cloud Suite with IdentityNow?

Additionally, I am interested in the following:

  • API Recommendations: What are the recommended Infor LN Cloud Suite APIs for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification?
  • Implementation Considerations: What are the key considerations and challenges to be aware of when implementing this integration?

Any insights or guidance from the community would be greatly appreciated.
