Implementing identity extended attribute in a certification

I need to have an identity extended attribute (privileged) included in our current access review (certification) process. The ask is that the reviewers are able to see if the identities there are reviewing are privileged or not based of the new extended attribute. Is there actions/steps I can follow to achieve this?
