I’m getting this error while exporting the OOTB plugin named SupportDataCollector.2.3.2.zip. Could you please help me understand if there is anything I missed here or any version limitations are being added here. If then, can anyone help me with alternative plugin or feature in sailpoint identityiq please.

When I try to extract the plugin ZIP file, I am getting an empty or invalid archive error, so I am unable to view or verify the plugin structure. This suggests that the plugin package may be corrupted or incomplete.
Please let us know your findings and share a compatible plugin package if available.

@nagveer The zip which you shared seems to be corrupted. Please try this one. I tested this in 8.5p1 and i am able to import.
