Hi we are experiencing performance issue in IdentityNow. While I navigate to admin console pages, page loading is taking too much time. Could you please tell me what all steps are I can take to measure this issue and fix it.
Unless it’s your internet that is slow, there’s nothing you can personally do to fix it. I don’t see any issues from https://status.sailpoint.com/. You can submit a support ticket if the problem persists.
These are the things I do when I face such issues (not specific to IdentityNow)
- Close all browsers (especially Chrome, where you usually have multiple browsers open) and reopen only one needed
- Clear cache of the browser
- Hard refresh (you need to have the devtools open for this)
