IdentityNow performance issue

Hi we are experiencing performance issue in IdentityNow. While I navigate to admin console pages, page loading is taking too much time. Could you please tell me what all steps are I can take to measure this issue and fix it.

Unless it’s your internet that is slow, there’s nothing you can personally do to fix it. I don’t see any issues from https://status.sailpoint.com/. You can submit a support ticket if the problem persists.

These are the things I do when I face such issues (not specific to IdentityNow)

  1. Close all browsers (especially Chrome, where you usually have multiple browsers open) and reopen only one needed
  2. Clear cache of the browser
  3. Hard refresh (you need to have the devtools open for this)
