Hi, Could you please suggest if we have an option to add IP address and Host name info for all the password change email template. This is for reference purpose like who has submitted the password reset on behalf of user. Currently its difficult to find information on who submitted password change request for user just by seeing email template. When user gets password change email they should have this info.

I don’t think you can fetch out the host name and IP address of the user who raise a password change request for any users. However ISC provides the details of IP address & Host name details for only the users if they logout or re-authenticate themselves via ISC GUI login portal.
The details can be find out via a search query for indices :- “Event” with the IP and host name details.
