Hi Everyone,

We are trying to implement SailPoint Governance Connector to record Identities with Identity now access as accounts and all their user level to be store as Entitlement, We had referred to this documentation Connecting SailPoint with Identity Security Cloud Governance but couldn’t find which source type we need to use here , For my understanding we had used Webservice SaaS connector to manage Identity Security cloud as object, Now while configuring the source We are getting few challenges even while testing the connection.

it’s a specific type you can select when creating a new source

Hi Gagan,

The token URL for Sailpoint is https://{{tenant}}.api.identitynow.com.

Can you please check if you have added .api in your URL and do the test connection again.

You currently Webservice Connector.

But you have to use Connector type : Identity Security Cloud Governance

Whith that no need to add any HTTP operations
