I was wondering whether a customization in identity page is possible or not. For example, changing the order of identity attributes? If it is possible, does anybody knows where I can configure that?

Unfortunately it is not possible to customize identity page.
That’s is not supported by ISC/IDN.
This attributes are displayed in alphabetic order.

I think so, this functionality is not there in ISC till now.

I hope you are referring to the page where identity is opened. Customization to change the identity attributes order(which is alphabetical) is not possible, but you can pin the attributes which needs your immediate focus.
I did the same, this helps to easily look out for the key attributes of identity. All the pinned attributes appear at the top. Hope this is helpful.

As @uday_kilambiCTS mentioned, the only way to do so is via PINNING of attributes, pinned attributes are respected in the sequence you pin and show up in a 3 column configuration.
The same can be done for account attributes too in Identity Details page.
So, better than alphabetic we would suggest to pin the attributes in sequence based on the most important ones or the ones your teams use for debugging or testing purposes.

You can pin the attribute to showcase it in the Identity page. Plugins\UI modifications are not supported in ISC for identity page
