Hi all,
Identity Mapping is not working when I refresh an identity. All the identity attributes are blank. Is there something that I am missing?

have you marked Refresh identity attributes flag?

Hi @rishavghoshacc, could you take a look at the Refresh identity attributes option in the identity refresh task? If it’s not marked, please mark it and refresh it once.

an other case could be the identities dont have needsRefresh = true.
needsRefresh is a flag on identity that it will created on aggrergation when an account is changed. check if you have marked this on your aggregation task:
and this on your refresh task:
in every case if you have marked this flag, the refresh will be execute only if you have needsRefresh = true on the identity.
Hi @rishavghoshacc, Please follow the instructions below and let us know if you continue to experience the issue.
Please create a new refresh task for testing and configure the options as follows:
Include modified identities in the refresh date window: False
Refresh only identities marked as needing refresh during aggregation: False
Do not reset the needing refresh marker after refresh: False
Enable other options as per your project requirements.
Refresh identity attributes: True
Synchronize attributes: True
Refresh manager status: True
Execute the refresh task.
If you still encounter issues, please follow these steps and update us on the status:
Execute the HR application and check any user’s application link to ensure all information has been aggregated from the source application.
Open any identity mapping where you have selected the source option as Application attributes.
Click on save once, then execute the refresh task.
Sometimes, server issues can cause problems. If possible, restart your service and execute the refresh task again to validate the changes.
