Identity Fusion Connector – No Accounts Returned in aggregation

I’m working on a greenfield SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud) implementation and wanted to check if anyone has encountered a similar Identity Fusion connector scenario.

Current setup:

  • Workday is configured as the authoritative source and is already live.

  • Identities are successfully created from Workday.

  • Active Directory is onboarded and accounts are correlating as expected.

Now, I’m working on Identity Fusion to bring in data from multiple additional sources.

  • I’ve installed and configured the Identity Fusion connector as authoritative

  • The Identity Fusion source is linked to the existing Workday source.

Issue:
When I run account aggregation on the Identity Fusion connector source, the aggregation completes successfully but returns zero accounts (no errors, just no results).

How do i solve and approach this?
