Identify entitlements provision approach

Dear all,
I am working on both direct and csv connectors integration for my clients. And i am writing to ask is any approach for me to review: how all the entitlements within a source are provisioned. For example, some of them may be assigned by access request and some of them are aggregated from the target source directly. Thus the reviewer could inspect which entitlements are directly granted by application admins, and we could have further inspect considering security problems.
Is there any report function or other search queries which could allow me to achieve this kind of review.

@YEMA you can use native detection to find out any access addded from the application end

May I ask where could i find the records? Workflows? Cause i have enabled the detection for entitlement attributes and i added a new account with entitlements. I didn’t find any records.

yes you can use workflow or get the details from the event logs as well
