Idea for Zoom Phone in Standard ISC Connector

Hi everyone,

I’m working with a client who has been relying on manual processes to assign Zoom Phone licenses and phone numbers, but who is now implementing Identity Security Cloud. They were excited to see the OOB Zoom connector, but it does not currently support Zoom Phone, which means that they will still need some manual process.

We have created a new idea asking for support for Zoom Phone in the Zoom connector. If anyone in the community sees value in this added functionality, would you please consider supporting the idea?

Check if you have APIs to update the zoom phone, then you can use Webservice connector meanwhile to handle this usecase.

Agreed, we could use a web services connector here, and probably will if we don’t see any traction on the idea.

However, if there are a lot of customers who would find value in the addition of Zoom Phone support, then it would ideally just be included in the Zoom connector OOB.

Good idea. I know other IGA products provide this connector.

I appreciate for sharing the knowledge and taking time to create an Idea for the benefit of all the customers.

I am not optimistic about implementing any idea quickly, it takes a lot of time and it needs a lot of votes to consider it as Burning issue for a lot of customers.
