When trying to log into Compass or University, I provide my credentials in the id.sailpoint.com sign-in prompt but then just get dumped to a blank white screen with no messages. URL is https://id.sailpoint.com/saml20/idp/startsso?spEntityId=https://community.sailpoint.com/auth/saml&applicationUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fcommunity.sailpoint.com%2F
which doesn’t seem to suggest any errors, just hangin’.

Try to clean your browser cache or in incognito mode
Yeah, already tried that. Checked with other coworkers as well as folks at other companies, they’re seeing the same thing.

@sup3rmark If you are having issues logging into Identity University, you can send an email to [email protected]. They can investigate what’s going on.
@enistri_devo You should be able to access from Spain since those websites are available globally.

It’s not just University, it’s also Compass and anything else using id.sailpoint.com for auth.
