Is there any way to delete account in IBM i (As400) Connector? As per documentation of IdentityNow, many of the connector doesn’t says about Deletion of account, how do delete accounts in IDN?
You can use workflow, we have manage accounts action which provides delete account option. Your connector should support this operation. Most of the connectors uses soft delete (Disable) instead of hard delete (Delete).
We neither have workflows in our idn nor client is ready for Cloud Rules deployment
Workflows, I understand that it is licensed but Cloud Rules are required.
We don’t have native Rules for IBM i connector even to trigger some scripts.
So I don’t think any other possibility inside IDN to delete account, You might need to develop some custom solution outside IDN. You can make use of Event Triggers to trigger any operation you have outside IDN.
