Hi! I have implemented Azure SAML sso with ISC. I notized that end users (identities with default user level) can log into Azure sucessfully and then returns to ISC, but they are asked to fullfil phone number and alternate email.
This is not a desired behaviour to organization, so I would like to know wether is possible to turn off this obligation to fill fields. Thanks!
Hi @jsosa , Could you please share the screenshot or page when this occurs from the end-user’s side? You should be able to turn it off unless there’s a something missing in Identity Provider Settings.
