How to create WF for notifications sent to pending certification line managers every week.

Yes this is related to identity Now.

In IdentityNow Workflows, you can use the trigger as “Scheduled Trigger” and can set the frequency to be Weekly or you can use CRON Expression based on your requirement.

For the action, you can use “HTTP Request” and can call v3/certifications endpoint with filters according to your requirement

After getting all the pending certification items, you can loop through it and send the email.
