How to Correlate AD account from one identity cube to another cube

User has two identities AD account is correlated to old source now I want to move AD account to new source how can I do that?

I noticed that one identity is inactive while another is active. Could you please share the correlation settings? The account names are different, and I’m not sure why you are facing this issue with the inactive identity ?

AD account is linked to the inactive identity which as ADP as identity source which we are not using it anymore.

UKG is our correct identity source and that is were I want to move the AD account.

Check your correlation config and try running unoptimized aggregation.

Could you try changing the identity profile priority and running an unoptimized aggregation?

You can use this API to manually update correlation for an account: update-account | SailPoint Developer Community

Hopefully your attribute synchronziation is set up so that it will then push the correct data for correlation for your environment to the AD account once the move is done. Otherwise, it will get re-correlated to the original identity in time. If you do not have attribute sync set up on the AD attributes that are used to correlate, get the AD team to update the attributes used in correlation on AD directly.
