How to configure Hardware token in Sailpoint IDN for breakglass/emergency account?

Hi Team ,

I am new to SailPoint IDN and we have a breakglass account for which we want to configure hardware token or yubi key so that we don’t have any dependency on other systems.

Is it possible to configure hardware token in IDN?

if No than is there any other better way to handle this ?

Hi Dalia,
Thank you for your post. As per Sailpoint best practices you should not have an token configuration on atleast Break glass account because that account will be used if no one is able to login in the system
