Is it possible in IIQ to verify in some way if a profile, role, or rights have been added to the application?, not through a request, it would be to catch cases of access being inserted without permission directly into the application, as if it could validate what the user has in IIQ and what they have in the application and check this difference, it would be just to show the audit.

I think what you are looking for is Native Change Detection feature. You can enable it on the application and then Native Change Detection events will be created for access changes from application directly. Here is detailed documentation for your reference.
