While testing Access Insights and querying outlier data via API, I noticed that peer group creation and outlier detection seem to rely a lot on identity attributes like:
location
department
jobTitle
The problem: my client doesn’t use these attributes. They rely on others, so the current peer group logic doesn’t match the org structure, which makes the AI-driven outlier detection almost irrelevant.
What I’m trying to figure out:
Can we change or customize which identity attributes are used to form peer groups?
Are the attributes fixed, or is there a config (even through Professional Services) to adjust this?
Is there any official list of the attributes SailPoint uses behind the scenes?
