We created a workflow to create service now ticket on aggregation failures. But it is creating as P2 ticket. We need P3 ticket to be created. I tried giving Imapct and priority as 3 but still it creates as P2. Can anyone suggest on this.

Can you try with HTTP request instead of OOTB Step
@PreethiJohnPeter Try to use HTTP request. Configure your details and send the payload for the creating the ticket.
