Hi Osman,

In this colab I have two jsons files, one json file is for creating the form and the other one is for the workflow.

You can use the “Assign Roles via Form.json” as a reference for creating the form using API. The AssignRolesviaForms file is for creating the workflow which uses this form.

Once you are able to import both objects, please modify the email address and then you can trigger the workflow and continue testing it in your tenant.
