How can we fetch provisioning plan from before or after operation rule in leaver rule library

I am stuck with one issue, we are invoking URL and response data in provisioning plan of before operation & after operation rule. but how can we call that plan inside leaver rule library.

can you please share your sample code where you need to access plan in your rule library so that we could understand you issue better and assist accordingly. However for Before and operation rule of webservice connector plan is available argument OOTB:

you can use this variable to access plan object.
