Help Needed – Unable to Fetch Users from Qualtrics in SailPoint App Integration\

I’m currently onboarding Qualtrics XM - CX (EU) into SailPoint IdentityNow using the SaaS connector. However, I’m running into issues when trying to fetch users from Qualtrics during the configuration or account aggregation step.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  • Used the Qualtrics API Token from the appropriate user profile.

  • Set the Base URL to https://<datacenter>.qualtrics.com (I’m using the EU instance).

  • Confirmed the token is active and working via direct API calls (like https://<dc>.qualtrics.com/API/v3/whoami).

  • Selected GET as the method and /API/v3/users as the relative path.

  • Still getting a failure with no users fetched.

My questions:

  1. Has anyone successfully integrated Qualtrics EU instance with SailPoint?

  2. What exact context URL and authentication headers worked for you?

  3. Are there additional role mappings or entitlement setup steps required for user discovery?

  4. Do I need to configure anything differently on the Qualtrics admin side (like user permissions or API scopes)?

  5. Is it recommended to use a flat-file integration instead in such cases?

Would really appreciate any tips or working examples if you’ve done a similar setup!
