Having issue with Azure AD account aggregation is failing with the below error and not scanning any identities.

The key error from your logs is:
TooManyRequests : UnknownError

This means you’re experiencing rate limiting on the Microsoft Graph API. You’re likely trying to aggregate too many accounts at once or using an obsolete REST endpoint.

I would recommend checking the connector settings and reviewing the REST endpoints in use. Try to enable pagination and reduce the amount of concurrent threads. I’ll leave some links to Microsoft’s guidance around throttling of their APIs for your review
