Could someone please guide me on the key questions I should be asking the application team regarding the integration of Guidewire Billing Center and Guidewire Policy Center connectors?

Any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

to support your integration with Guidewire Billing center and policy center connectors, can think of below questions

  1. what auth method is supported for API access (Oauth2, Basic )
  2. Any IP whitelist to be done for ISC to connect
  3. is guidewire instance installed in on-prem or cloud so you can discuss with network team accordingly on the connectivity
  4. any custom fields or schema that need to be mapped ?
  5. agree on all the operations that sailpoint isc has to manage
  6. Check all the operations to see if the to and fro operations betweeen ISC to guidewire are okay.

Are there any key considerations we should keep in mind during the integration? Have you encountered any troubleshooting issues while integrating with Guidewire? In your experience, does this approach generally work reliably, or are there known edge cases that could cause issues? Also, is there a possibility of transitioning to a web service integration in the future?
