I created a PAT with about 20 to 30 different scopes just fine, no error. Perhaps it has something to do with certain scopes that you selected, perhaps identify if that is the case by good old trial & error?
Out of curiosity, did you reach out to support? I’ve seen “contact your administrator” errors, sometimes they resolve just by trying again, but I’ve also had to contact support when it doesn’t.
Since I have faced that error in my DevRel tenant, I couldn’t reach out to support. Cannot go with trial and errors to see when you get error and when you don’t. Need to get some official information on this change.
